Students of landscape architecture and urban design are working with professionals to create concrete building blocks for a regional spatial and economic perspective based on the natural and urban landscape. By means of design research, they explore how Innovation Districts in The Hague, Delft, Leiden and Zoetermeer can be developed into a regional social and nature-inclusive knowledge ecosystem in conjunction with each other and in their urban and landscape context.
Kennisregio aan Zee 2070 is a spatial and economic partnership between the Municipality of The Hague, the Municipality of Delft, the Municipality of Leiden, the Municipality of Zoetermeer, the Province of South Holland and the research institutes TU Delft, Leiden University, The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Wageningen University & Research.
